MORROW Intelligence prepared a proposal for Asian Development Bank (ADB)’s Low Carbon Transport Pathways that endeavoured to co-create practical pathways steeped in data analysis, socio-behavioral research and urban planning practices with the participating Pacific developing member countries (DMCs).
Our Contributions
Background research was done to account for the progress made as well as the upcoming plans in motion, to assess how both DMCs should prepare for the VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) future ahead.
