Tourism Development in Cambodia through an Urban Lens
MORROW Intelligence (MI) recently concluded its first workshop in Cambodia, bringing together public and private stakeholders to explore how urban design can enhance tourism and unlock Cambodia’s soft power.
Hence, policies must be calibrated and contextualised to ensure human-centricity.
The Workshop
Led by Saravanan Sugumaran, Daniel Liu, and Nicole Lum, the sessions built on MI’s earlier fieldwork across five cities and challenged participants to rethink Cambodia’s urban future through foresight and scenario planning.
Key Insights
Participants explored benchmarking findings, surfaced emerging tourism trends, and co-developed strategies to boost city attractiveness and liveability.
